Energy Retro-Fit

Our city has this awesome energy retro-fit program that Marc and I were able to qualify for. Basically they send in a crew that does work on the house and it helps our house be more energy efficient. It is a grant funded program and so all of this work only costs us $25. It is estimated to save us at least $30 a month during the winter. They come and change the water facets, light bulbs, ducts, vents, caulking, water heater, etc. We are definitely getting the better end of this deal and I can’t wait for them to come!!!!
